I need to fix the bluebird uploading part again. It always errors. Buh. So far, I’ve been feeling more like a slave to black tie than to anything else which sucks because the managers will pretend to have a conversation with you regarding your life and then BOOM black tie talk. IT DOESN’T COST THAT MUCH MORE TO GET BLACK TIE TOO. D< (Especially on our premium collection laptops where the black tie is really expensive and I SAVE YOU MONEY.)

customers who always disagree with anything ALWWWAYS say they’re never coming in ever again. and then I recognize the same people when they come in again. lol srsly.
THIS! Once an old man told me to kiss his ass because I took another customer to move the line along and then came back 10 minutes later to apologize and buy batteries that he forgot.

I get incredibly defensive when people say it’s a lower price. The worst is when they’re offered geek squad and they’re like, “It’s cheap anyway, I don’t need it protected, yet may the heavens fall if they spend an extra dollar they weren’t supposed to!
